peaceful location green grounds attentive staff rotten wood broken door handle distrustful reception
the location was nice and peaceful. the grounds has beautiful, lush green. the staff where very friendly and very attentive.
the balcony door handle broke when I tried open it. the wood on the outside chairs was rotten and broke as soon as i sat. reception sent someone to check i really left the key card in the room it felt distrustful.

The lagoon view room was very nice. Morning breakfast buffet offered many choices. The staff service was tremendous.
The gym was under maintenance, so I could not exercise there.

underwhelming stay overall
thin walls ineffective air conditioning
the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of food.
The room felt quite outdated, and the walls seemed thin. i could easily hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. This made relaxation difficult! also, the air conditioning was not effective. it struggled to cool the room, even on the highest setting. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
